At the heart of our insulation system lies vacuum-sealed powder, specifically expanded perlite—also known as pearl sand. We don't just accept any pearl sand; our quality assurance process begins at the source. We conduct rigorous on-site inspections at our suppliers and subject the material to thorough reviews within our own quality system. This careful evaluation includes stringent controls over parameters such as bulk density, particle size distribution, moisture content, thermal conductivity, and soluble content. Prior to the critical pearl sand filling procedure, the inner tank is purged and filled with nitrogen to a pressure equal to, or up to 0.3 MPa less than the tank's working pressure. This step ensures stability and structural integrity during the filling process. For tanks where the working pressure is lower than 0.3MPa, the nitrogen pressurization is set to a minimum of 0.3MPa, to further safeguard our tanks against any deformation.
