Our company proudly presents the YQB series of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) pumps, engineered for the safe and efficient transfer of a wide spectrum of volatile liquids. These robust pumps are not limited to LPG; they are also highly effective in handling substances like dimethyl ether, methyl chloride, ethylene oxide, propane, propylene, butadiene, isobutylene, methanol, and other fluids sharing similar characteristics.  Designed for demanding applications, these pumps are indispensable for loading and unloading LPG tankers, cylinder filling, supply lines within industrial plants, and other critical operational areas requiring consistent and reliable fluid transfer.

Key Features and Design:

At the heart of the YQB series is an advanced positive displacement rotary vane design, meticulously crafted for optimal performance. The stator features a sophisticated, multi-curve geometry that, combined with mechanically secured end-faces, ensures precision and durability.  All static end-faces are equipped with O-ring seals, providing exceptional leak prevention and further enhancing safety. The rotating components are constructed from a carefully selected combination of metal and non-metal materials, resulting in a pump that is both reliable and exceptionally versatile across a broad range of operating conditions.

Operational Principle:

The YQB series LPG pump operates on the principle of positive displacement, leveraging the centrifugal sliding action of its vanes.  The flow rate is directly proportional to the rotational speed of the pump shaft, providing precise control over fluid transfer. The complex, multi-curve internal profile of the stator, working in concert with the rotor, divider, and vanes, creates ten distinct sealed chambers. As the rotor turns, the volume within the intake chamber expands, creating a vacuum that draws in the fluid. As the rotor continues to turn, the volume of the chamber progressively reduces, forcing the fluid out into the discharge port. An integrated oil block is carefully positioned between the suction and pressure chambers, isolating them to maintain optimal pump efficiency. Due to centrifugal force and strategic interaction with the dividers, the vanes maintain constant contact with the stator's interior surface, ensuring reliable and consistent performance, even at high operational loads.
